LEVEL 1 — CREATOR ACCESS AGREEMENT

(Non-Exclusive | Entry Level)

This Agreement is entered into between Eldridge Entertainment LLC and Client

1. Scope of Services

Company shall provide:

  • Initial intake consultation

  • Strategic guidance and creative direction

  • Non-exclusive access to Company’s creative network (referrals only)

No management, funding, or execution services are included.

2. Compensation

  • Revenue Split: 90% Client / 10% Company

  • Applies only to revenue directly generated through Company-facilitated opportunities.

3. Term

  • Month-to-month

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains 100% ownership of all IP

  • No ownership, publishing, or master rights conveyed

5. No Guarantee

Company makes no guarantees of income, bookings, grants, or success.

6. Independent Contractor

Client is not an employee, partner, or joint venturer.
