LEVEL 3 — MANAGEMENT ACCESS AGREEMENT
(Exclusive Management | Investor-Ready)
1. Scope of Services
Company shall act as Client’s manager, including:
Career & brand management
Negotiation coordination
Distribution & monetization strategy
Industry pitching (labels, studios, brands, platforms)
2. Compensation
Monthly Fees
Revenue Split: 70% Client / 30% Company
Split applies to all opportunities negotiated or facilitated by Company
3. Exclusivity
Client appoints Company as exclusive manager during term.
4. Investor & Grant-Ready Language
Client authorizes Company to:
Present Client’s brand or IP to investors, grantors, and funding entities
Participate in pitch meetings and negotiations
Structure deals subject to Client approval
Company may be listed as:
Manager
Executive Producer
Strategic Partner (where applicable)
5. Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership unless otherwise negotiated.
Company entitled to participation in revenue, not ownership, unless amended.
6. Term
Initial Term: 6-12 months
Survival clause applies to deals originated during term
