LEVEL 4 — PARTNERSHIP / IP & INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

(Equity / Co-Ownership | High-Level)

1. Purpose

This Agreement establishes a strategic partnership for development, monetization, and scaling of Client’s IP or media project.

2. Ownership & Revenue

  • Revenue Split: 60% Client / 40% Company

  • Ownership interests, if any, defined in Exhibit A

3. Investment & Grant Language (Investor-Grade)

Company may:

  • Co-develop budgets, forecasts, and pitch decks

  • Seek grants, investors, and strategic partners

  • Receive backend participation and/or equity

Client acknowledges:

  • Funding structures may include dilution

  • Company may attach as Executive Producer or Co-Owner

4. Decision-Making

  • Major decisions require mutual written consent

  • Company has operational authority within defined scope

5. Term

  • Multi-year or project-based

  • Termination governed by IP & equity provisions

6. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

Both parties agree to protect proprietary, investor, and grant-related information.
